• Minnano Japanese Grocery — best first stop for Japanese pantry/snacks. 7460 Callaghan Rd #310, San Antonio, TX 78229 (Medical Center area). Typical hours: Mon–Sat ~10:00–19:00, Sun ~12:00–18:00. Still getting local press as of early Sep 2026.
